For this batch, I put all the chicken skin into a heavy pot, and shoved the pot into a 250 deg F oven for a few hours. Normally, when I have less chicken fat to render, I do it on the stove like described below: http://spindlesandspices.blogspot.com/2009/01/rendering-chicken-fat.html
